Terms and Conditions

The products available for purchase on the Andringa Studio website are both exclusive designs created by us and selected products from our partners around the world. Some of these products are the result of manual production processes, which may lead to differences between the photographed product and the received product. These differences can occur in terms of dimensions, colors, and finishes. We can only continue to guarantee the quality and value of the manual work, as well as the style and good taste. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and online store credits as payment methods. For commissions, we accept bank transfers. Orders that are not paid within three business days will be canceled. All items available in the Andringa Studio online store are priced with the legally applicable VAT included and excluding shipping costs. If you reside outside the European Union, please note that your country’s customs services may charge you additional customs fees. These fees are not the responsibility of Andringa Studio and vary by country. You can inquire with your country’s customs services before placing an order.

Shipments are made via CTT and are dispatched weekly. Shipments can take between 3 business days in Portugal and 2 weeks for Europe and the rest of the world. For commissions, you need to take into account the production time. For this, you can contact Andringa Studio directly at info@andringastudio.com.

Delivery Guarantee: in the case of registered mail loss, Andringa Studio commits to refund the customer the full amount of their order. In the event that the order is returned to the sender because a new delivery arrangement with CTT was not made in a timely manner due to the customer being absent and uncontactable, re-shipping will only be done upon the new payment of shipping costs. Andringa Studio is not responsible for entry restrictions of products in certain destinations. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local import authorities for any additional procedures.

Stock Shortage: customers will be fully refunded for items that cannot be shipped due to stock shortage. Andringa Studio will fulfill orders made on the website only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability, Andringa Studio undertakes to inform and refund the customer in full for the items that cannot be shipped.

Collect with no costs at Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 1, 1st Floor, 1000-207 Lisbon, Portugal, from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm, is also possible. For this, you can contact Andringa Studio directly at info@andringastudio.com.

We use sustainable shipping materials whenever possible.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without the need to state any reason, within 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, physically acquires possession of the goods. The customer can exercise their right of withdrawal through any unequivocal declaration of withdrawal, communicated by any means capable of providing proof to one of the following addresses: Av. Miguel Bombarda 1, 1st Floor, 1000-207 Lisbon, Portugal or info@andringastudio.com. It is noted that the right of withdrawal is considered exercised within the deadline when the withdrawal declaration is sent before the end of the aforementioned period.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. By making a purchase on www.andringastudio.com, the customer is expressing their consent to the terms and conditions.

Effects of Withdrawal
In the event of contract withdrawal, all payments made by the customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make such reimbursements using the same means of payment that the customer used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The customer must return the goods or deliver them to Andringa Studio, Unipessoal, Lda., Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 1, 1st Floor, 1000-207 Lisbon, Portugal, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer informs us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is considered to be met if the customer returns the goods before the end of the 14-day period. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until the customer has provided evidence of the return of the goods, whichever comes first. The customer will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008, of May 21, in case of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, which arises within two years from the date of delivery, the customer can request their repair or replacement (exchange), or a suitable reduction in price, or contract termination (return). The costs will be borne by the seller. To exercise their rights, the customer must notify the seller of the non-conformity within two months of the date it is detected.

Despite our best efforts to prevent it, products are occasionally damaged during transport. Upon delivery, always check if the packaging is damaged; if it is visibly damaged, reject the order and contact us via info@andringastudio.com to report the situation. If the packaging does not show visible damage but the contents are damaged, it is important to keep all the original packaging and contact us within 5 days after receiving the product, via info@andringastudio.com or phone +351 927392127* (between 9 am and 1 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm, Monday to Friday). We will replace the damaged product or component as soon as our distribution partner inspects and takes possession of the original packaging, and replacement products are available for shipping. Andringa Studio will cover the costs of the exchange or return and may exceptionally establish a different type of agreement with the customer.

Remember that our products are often handmade or handcrafted. Variations in the characteristics of natural materials or handmade production processes are not considered damages or defects, but actual damage or breakage occurs when the product has a defect or is destroyed. Such situations will be analyzed individually.

The conditions of this contract are subject to Portuguese law. The allocation of jurisdiction in the event of a dispute, and the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal, regardless of the plurality of defendants and/or the type of proceedings. In case of a dispute, the consumer, in accordance with Law No. 144/2015, can also resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes:
